    Is this still MOC?

Just wondering. I see a bit of separation on corner. Also the 2 notch marks... your thoughts? As a MOC collector only, it's a dealbreaker for me, anyways.

    Thanks

Notice the separation on the Capt kirk lettering..I'm thinking it's ok, but just wanted to get opinions from the experts

I wouldn't call it mint for sure! There should be some serious discount discussion imo.
I have several trek figures like this and I wouldn't consider it MOC. MOC = "mint on card" Mint condition means original condition. this isn't original condition by any means. Keep in mind, the figure should still be in mint condition. You just have to ask yourself "how important is the cards condition to you?"

Thank you, but in your opinion, has this figure been also removed from this card? Here's the back as well. Seems warped. Water damage, perhaps?

I don't see a pic of the back of the card. Be warned, all someone needs to do is use acetone to remove a blister from the card and glue it back later on. The figure looks good but that doesn't mean they didn't put a different figure in the blister.
If you have a "feeling" this is not a good seller, then don't buy it. If I don't trust someone out of the gate then you'll never feel good about the purchase anyway.

As long as the figure can't be removed from the bubble, and it hasn't been resealed, a small amount of bubble separation still makes it MOC IMO, albeit with a caveat. MOC means a mint figure on a card, the card itself doesn't have to be mint, as that would be considered MOMC.

Yeah, I share that opinion as well.

                            Thanks for the replies.

I hadn't posted in a while, because I sold about 95 percent of my collection(actually I am regretting that decision a bit). Recently started re-collecting(the target waves helped and before that emce), but doubt I will really get into it like before. Still lurk here though, through the years. I'll probably just keep this, as I only paid 42 bucks. Again, thank you for the replies, I've always enjoyed the history and knowledge this site is known for.

Just by you describing the card, I doubt it's MINT. Mint basically means flawless no Nick's no folds no cracks nothing. You'll probably get away with fingerprints on it that would have to be wiped off immediately. If it has any dents folds or rips or cracks then it is not mint.
