RIP Derek AKA MegoCanada

As some of you already know Derek, who was known as MegoCanada here passed away last week due to complications of diabetes.

I didn't know him well but we met a couple of times at shows and were FB friends. Derek was a soft-spoken person who was very passionate about spending time with his family. He also loved making Mego customs and had only begun to share his work with others.

He will be sorely missed.

We talked frequently over email. He always gave me interesting items to produce for his custom figures. I really like the Ibistick he requested. He was much too young to have passed and will be missed.
