    They were headquartered in New Jersey. I suppose they may have had their commercials filmed in the NYC area given the kids often have NYC accents.

      I think they're the same kids that sang this. Seriously, those Peppermint Kandy Kids sound like they came from the wrong side of town.

          There is a "TV" logo on the catalog pages for it, so possibly, although it isn't readily available.

            I still have this record book set my parents bought me back in the 70's at a store called Sears surplus in Ventura California.
