Just be careful with the sort of logic that "Target is holding them back" because there's a good chance if they don't sell good at Target, no other retailer will be interested. So we should push for them to be successful at Target.

^ It seems that the overwhelming majority of us, here, are more than hoping that Mego does well at Target.

Even the people with complaints are complaining because they want better, so I think everyone wants to see Mego do well at Target - there's just a difference of opinion as to whether they are or not right now, if not with regard to sales then for at least customer satisfaction.

By Christmas time some of the unpopular ones like Tootie will be a very low clearance price, I can't imagine there being 10,000 Tootie/Kim Fields/Facts of Life Fans wanting to buy a doll/action figure of her for $14.99 (most of the sales will be Mego collectors going for the full set). If they would have made 3-5,000 of some of the characters like that one instead of 10,000 they would sell out without having them at clearance prices. Once Christmas time comes around the Superhero, Star Trek, Monster ones will be sold out quick.
