I have the 1979 reissue of the Hulk Hauler in my model collection...I think the second box is much more appealing.

Vans were the thing in the 70's man! Everybody had one! MPC made vans for Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and Artoo-Detoo also...then there was the Barnabas Vampire Van! Good times!

I think the Ford administration signed a bill into law that crime fighters require vans.

Has anyone seen this movie SuperVan? It looks like a hoot, and is available on blu ray. I'd love to hear opinions on it if anyone is familiar with it.

Well, you're in luck, because MPC re-popped it a few years ago. Exact same kit, same molds, same box art as the original.

Here's a brand new sealed one on Ebay for $30

I loved many of those models and even had a couple purchased for me, but I was too young for them. Both went to waste, unfortunately. I was so young that they were just a box of useless parts. What a shame!

The Spider-Van would be great as a real van.

If Spider-Man was also real, he could use his webs to pull lumber into the van, he could haul a good bit of paneling in one of those.
