Mego Lugosi Dracula - Silver Screen Edition

Bet that heading got you going Who? What? Where? Its been a while since I posted here but thought I would share this.
First off let me start by saying there is nothing wrong with the original new Mego Lugosi Dracula figure, for $15 it simply cannot be bettered, but as I realised, under the factory paint job is an amazing Lugosi sculpt ready to shine. Someone Stateside) was kind enough to send me two and I have two more on the way so I thought time for a bit of fun and as I love Black and White paint jobs I thought why not. Painted in different shades of neutral greys I also added a medallion, tweaked the clothes a little to make them tighter in certain areas and painted the legs black to give the impression of socks. These are actual photos taken with my phone, no photoshop or any filters used. Some taken with flash and some without. I am going to do a flesh upgrade and red cape version next time I have a 'Me' day.
    Thanks for looking

      1) Awesome to see you here.

      2) Thanks for doing this and sharing, Sean sent me the head sculpt images this week and as much as i love the figure, I was blown away by them. This shows me that it translated really well.

It now looks like Sideshow. Amazing.

Between this and the Kelly makeover, I dunno...maybe this is where the robot revolution starts. Painting vinyl heads.

Wow, the figure itself is great, but you REALLY brought that sculpt alive... or undead as it were! Fantastic!!!
