Starting a 12" Hulk Upsize - Another UPDATE

I decided that while I'm playing around with the new 14" figures, it would only be fair if I upsize the Mego Marvel offerings as well. I decided to start with Hulk.

As you can see, he needs to make up almost two inches. Luckily there are some obvious places for stretching. The first order of business is to add a separate pelvis. (Note the beautiful 40 yr old rubberbands - they're like new) Next will be quad and cankle extensions, and last will be forearms.

I'm like a moth to the Zod flame. There won't be any 14" peg warmers around these parts, as long as I don't run out of plasma.

I got the torso idea from you. Not sure if I'm doing it the same way you did. It's too bad Mego cut that corner back in the day.

I broke out my scroll saw that I got for the kids' pinewood derby cars a few years ago. Boy, it makes nice clean cuts. I filled the cavities and tonight hope to connect everything and build up the gaps.

Impressive results. It makes me wonder if you could do the same thing with the arms to create swivel biceps...

I'll need 25 of these "New" Hulks completed by Mego Meet 2019. That is all

Ooooohhhh.....I like that idea. And not just for upsize Hulk. I think it would be even easier to do it to the 14" new body.
