I didn't have a chance to get the magic sculpt that I wanted, so I had to do this with epoxy putty. I was a little more careful this time during application, and more thorough on sanding. It took ten seconds to blend the color to match. The right and left thighs are slightly different from the factory with one being wider/thicker so I tried to address that as well. I like the black Batman body better because the legs on it are more or less the same consistency as the arms, whereas only Zod's foot was soft and the rest of the leg was the same plastic as the torsos. I am hoping to take the suit in tonight and unveil the completed project.

Done like dinner. Had some things come up, but here's the update. I fashioned a quickie neck plug from a screw and dowel, sewed the feet in an inch and tapered the crotch. Viola!
The other heads are there because I got plans.
Thanks for looking,

that looks really cool, but I am curious, if all you wanted to do was scale it down to 12", wouldn't it just be easier to make the modified neck post and just transfer the head to an original Mego 12" or even FTC body?Comment

Fresh, not from concentrate.Comment

Why yes it would:-) But it wouldn't look the same; the new Mego limbs are bulkier than even the original Mego "muscle" 12" body, and the regular 12" body that FTC sells is downright spindly in comparison. I have a few 12" torsos and pelvi, but in general a vintage 12" Mego muscle body ain't cheap. Parts box hybrids for me!Comment
