Power records and book set

    Some people don't like these because you have to use your imagination to make the stories "come alive". That is exactly why I like these Power Records stories.

      Although, I will say that all Power Records were not created equal. I think there were different producers for the Marvel ones, and as such, sometimes the dialogue got a little muddy in the sound mix. So, sometimes, again especially with the Marvel ones, they were tough to understand, and that's where having the comic book to accompany the record came in handy.

      But, they weren't always sold with the books. I had a lot of 12" LP compilations without the books, and some were a challenge to follow.

        While not a power record. This is the best audio drama I heard, it tells you everything you need to know about Superman in a complete story. Ironically the other Fisher Price record JLA lunar Invaders was worse than any power record.
