    RIP Charlotte Rae

Too bad she didn't get the chance to see her new Mego figure.

    RIP

I remember seeing her in 1982 at Sears buying her Son a shirt and I asked for her autograph

I always loved her kind manner in her interviews: Classy. I was touched when she spoke about losing Paul Lynde, back in the day. Seemed like such a lovely, positive and careful-with-her-words person whenever she was on camera interviews. She was such an inspiration.

She lived a long life and was a big part of our childhood's for sure.
Hard to believe she outlived everyone (except Todd Bridges) on different strokes. When I was a kid I though she was so old back then...

I was the opposite … I always remembered her from Car 54 and to me she looked almost the same sans the different wigs

I just liked her in anything, really. Her charm surpassed the material she was in. And I loved her as Mammy Yokum in the musical version of Lil' Abner. RIP.
