First and foremost, I'd like to see them focus on 8 inch figures and 14 inch figures, and be really successful with that, to create a solid base for them. But after that, adding some diversity to their products would probably be a good thing for them.
I'm a big fan of Mego's 3 3/4 inch figures, like Pocket Heroes, Micronauts, Buck Rogers, CHiPs etc... I think I would like to see something like that from them. Maybe reproducing one of their classic lines, but adding in some new characters, too.
Pocket Heroes is probably out, since FTC has apparently snagged the DC licensee for that format, and Hasbro/Marvel is unlikely to let Mego use their characters. And Micronauts is out, since Hasbro has the rights to that now and is supposedly relaunching them.
Star Trek would be a good one. They could reproduce their Star Trek: The Motion Picture figures, or make a new retro line based on the Classic TV series.
Buck Rogers and CHiPs could also work, both fit in with the retro TV show thing Mego currently has going on.
Oh, and Mego also made 3 3/4 Love Boat action figures back in the day, they could bring them back.
