    Upgrade

One of the best films I've seen this year and it didn't get any attention.

It's a 70s grindhouse revenge film mixed with 90s cyberpunk, i loved this movie. It's violent, smart and fun.

Sounds special in the Tarantino vein? Might wait for the blu-ray... but sounds like required watching (so-to-speak).

It was nearly impossible to find in theatres, Blu-Ray next month.

I just watched the trailer... not what I expected, as the cyberpunk aspect ties into a sci-fi type thing (as it should, but I always skim over that term so it didn't sink in initially)... maybe this is what a Trek Tarantino movie would be like

Hopefully by this time next month I will have seen it!

Super fun movie. It should find an audience on home video.

I saw the trailer when I went to see A Quiet Place. Ironically enough there was no sound in the theatre so I couldn't get a good feel on this one, but all the folks I know whose tastes in movies I respect have said they liked this one. Will definitely watch it when it hits streaming sites.

                  Quoting myself from another forum:

"Ozploitation is alive and well and living in theatres for another few hours... just got back from a screening of Upgrade and literally had the place all to myself. On the off chance that the film survives until tomorrow, give it a shot: it's an economical B with plenty of laughs and style that seemingly crawled out of an '80s rental bin without trying to yank yr nostalgia chains. Superb trash."

                  Yep. Go blu!

Oh, this was the film that you showed me a trailer for last week? It looked pretty wild, glad you got to see it after all, I'll have to check this thing out!
