All you have to do is look at the instant sellout of the Golden Girls Reaction figures and what they currently go for on the secondary market to understand why NECA is making them. It’s a mind boggling phenomenon.

Trying to figure that out myself. If it is a teen body it's new; the arms are articulated.

Loved Mrs. Fletcher. Now I want Murder. She Wrote figures. It was very popular and remebered fondly by many. Joe Average would likely know the name.

Looking at her in the bubble, it looks like 8” to me.

This selection is a real head scratcher to me. But I'll keep an open mind and hopefully Columbo or even Banacek will get made.

I'd be all over a Columbo... And a Murder She Wrote!

I think those have more potential than Facts of Life, but who knows.

I never got into Facts of Life, the characters were all annoying except Jo and looking at this Tootie figure is there something slightly off about it? this is an easy skip for me, but I'm happy for those who want these too.

oh well, I would love to see Columbo with his bloodhound dog, and I wouldn't mind seeing Mod Squad figures.

Forgive me, but I thought Tootie was of African American descent. Am I incorrect? My first impression was this figure looked caucasian to me (like classic Mego 8" caucasian figures; I often thought they appeared more tanned). However, when she is aligned with another new Mego, she doesn't appear as pale as, let's say, the Piper picture (which reminds of the paler caucasian ReMego Mattel ones).

I though the same thing. Doesn’t really even look like a tan Caucasian. Maybe a Light skinned Latina? I can’t tell.

Also, is she scaled as a teen?

They couldn't spring for an actual pair of socks or tights? Why take the cheap route of painting the lower legs?

Just saw the post on Facebook about Kim Fields giving her approval. That's good enough for me.
