JOE 12" Clothes and items.....??

Are all JOES Clothes and accessories marked?

I bought a old Woodend Footlocker full of stuff with a Joe, and half the stuff is marked Hasbro, but the rest is not.
Does that make it not actually JOE items? or is it?

Most all of the vintage Joe clothing is marked Hasbro... Some Hasbro pants came without a tag and a few miscellaneous pieces, so either it lost the tag, or it's one of the many knock off sets that were sold back then.
