    Making Your Wheels Look Amazing

So over in the FTC section I have been updating my conversion of three of the Generic CTVT vans into Batlab and JokerMobile and Batgirl's Crime Recon Mission Vehicle. What I think everybody hates about the wheels is they are cast in the same color as the van body. So this morning I had an idea.

Tell me that doesn't look fantastic. No paint...

This would work just as well on vintage vans...batmobile..Americars...Arrowcars...any vehicle where the wheels are just thrashed.

Is that a bicycle tube? It came out great!

It is indeed an inner tube. I thought the composite shot of each wheel at a different step would show how to do it easier than explaining it.

That is a brilliantly simple and effective solution!

Ingenious solution, and now you can boast your vehicles have "real" rubber tires! Brilliant!
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

Hi Megotastrophe, Great work! Can you give more details on how this was done? Is there a specific type or brand of innertube?

I just used the 26 inch basic innertube from Wal-Mart.
