Well I ordered 2 Charlie's Angles Kelly and was lucky to get the Hasbro CA at an estate sale for a steal so I am going to open one take some pics and the try and see if the Hasbro head will fit and or look good on the Mego body.

My problem with the non-costume characters are once there out of there package they look like just regular people. If you have extra Star Trek outfits you have crew members other than that you have citizens.

I tried that. I put my Hasbro Kelly next to the Mego Kelly, and Hasbro is about one inch taller, and her head is bigger than mego so I don't think it will look good proportionally. They can't wear each others clothes, either. It will be either too loose or too tight.

Right. Inside the package, she has the logo brand. Out of the package, the average person wouldn't know she is a Charlie's Angels.

Yeah, I am a Charlies Angels fan, and would have bought her and future Angels, but the likeness just isn't there in any way what so ever, so will not be buying her.

That's always true in any line. Old Mego Waltons, Starsky and Hutch, just...people. Even today, who can tell if the 6" guy with the black hair and suit is supposed to be Bruce Wayne or not? Unless there's something iconic about the overall appearance (Clark Kent) or a distinct outfit (like Columbo's coat), any non-costumed or non-uniformed character is going to be generic.
