I'm not seeing any other monsters on the package or a mention of Universal. So, does Mego have the rights to the Bela stage version of Dracula but not the Universal movie version? Either way it's a nice looking figure.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

The photo on the front of the card is Universal licensing, I believe; I've seen it on other licensed stuff over the years. I don't think they'd dare use it without the proper license in place. Given EMCE was making Universal Monsters not long ago, it wouldn't be a stretch to think Mego now has it, like Trek.

First figure I'm super excited for. I'm going to get others but this hits the sweet spot for me.

Will be a definite buy, but not liking it as much as EMCE or Flatt's Draculas. That may change when I have it in my hands.

I have the Flatt one and the EMCE Universal Monsters one, so this is a must get!
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

I think this is licensed Lugosi but generic Dracula: The figure lacks the signature Universal medallion and the photo is from Todd Browning's Mark of the Vampire.

I like it, I hope I see it in stores.
