    Shrinking or enlarging

Which is the better method to get a Mego scale head? Which one is cheaper? Ive never tried either one. Is one easier than the other? I was thinking about making a custom Happy Days Arnold figure for my brother. I dont remember ever seeing a custom Arnold Mego head anywhere. I was thinking about using a Mr Miyagi head. I saw a 12" one on eBay and I believe the old Remco one would be a little small. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.
