Never cared for them -- on me or anyone else.

I have a Haida style raven on my shoulder.
This is going in our profiles isn't it????
"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."
i have a picture of myself tatoo'd on me, it is actually to scale 1 inch = 1 inch, it covers my entire body.
I actually have none, but have thought about it a few times.
My wife wants to get a tatoo of the Mego logo. I think it's a cool idea, but I've always been a little paranoid about the cleanliness of the needles, etc. I know that I'm overly worried about it, that's just me. What do you guys think? I think it's pretty cool that she wants a mego logo (although I think she's just trying to butter me up for another tat she wants). Help allay my fears!!!!![]()
Hey James
that's a cool idea bro,but honestly I think she'll regret that later, make sure she gets something she really wants
about the needle thing,I was too. You'll know as soon as you walk in a place if it's clean or not.Even if you have to pay a little more somewhere else, look for the nice clean ones

Being cautious is a very good thing to be.Like T2C said earlier you will know as soon as you walk in to the place about the cleanliness of the shop and the workers. When I first looked around I went to several shops before I settled on one.First thing I asked was if I could watch him work(to see his precautions and procedures)
The work area is sterilized before any customer enters the area,Gloves apron, clean plastic layed down on work area before each customers eyes.Needles are fresh and clean from a sterile sealed package, and used only once then discarded.disposable ink trays(cups) very clean.A tattoo shop inspector does visit the store randomly every month looking for any violations he gave the inspectors name and number to me before I made any appointment.I was very impressed with who I settled on and have been going to this guy for over ten years. There is a lot more to it but if you see a shop with anything less than that kind of service just walk away as the risk to you and your family just is not worth it.Good luck and once you get past that fear there is nothing stopping you.
And be careful as Tattoos are addicting...Muwahahahahaha
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”
Don't have any and job wise, glad I don't. Work has a no visible tattoo policy, so its great seeing the inked up guys sweat it out in the summer in long sleeves and pants.
