Hey guys, next year's Mego Meet is at Hec's backyard! I can see it now, Carne Asada, Beer and Romulans.

I think if we 86ed the Cacti, we'd have room for Mike's Batmobile.

Made pork ribs and chicken. I don’t like the barbecue sauce on top of the meat. I served the barbacue sauce on the side...remember, this is not BBQ, this is open-flame grilling...

Homemade potato salad. I prefer boiled corn over grilled though, it’s much juicier. I like my corn with milk...

All washed down by the best beer in the world, Corona Light...

I used a mixture of Mexican mesquite charcoal, applewood charcoal, and straight up applewood branches from my extensive wood pile...

I never use lighter fluid to start my fires. I use these natural fire-starters, they are awesome...

I can’t wait to grill tri-tip, slab of arrachera, porterhouse and ribeyes next!

Bless Hec and his food porn.

I needed a vicarious cookout thrill, we had mediocre pizza.
