I removed the option temporarily. It's back now.
IF you can't see the header, change to the Museum Standard style or one of the other ones beneath that.
The invisible header problem seems only to affect people using the "VB4 Default Style." I will fix it, but for now just use one of the other styles.--

Hmmm, now I am back to the old colors and no header and I didn't change anything. I have been at work and just surfed to the site to find everything had reverted to the previous setting and no headers for the page.

Edited to add: Hmm it's in mellow blue (my setting of choice) that I have no header. I switched ot Museum standard and had a header. I think I have everything fixed EXCEPT for the VB4 Default Style. Does anyone here use it? Because I'm considering just deleting it.--

It is a small thing, but the "favicon" is still the default V thing as opposed to the Museum icon.Comment
