Not repros but actual Mego. Could be re issues like the 1979 Superman was a reissue if the 1972 Superman. But that line never halted production in between. But that is excellent news. Cannot wait to know what. I hope for the sake of most here it’s superhero related but 8” format was their signature for more than just the superheroes.Comment

I wrote “repros” as well. I think it’s just a force of habit; in this case since we’ve thought of Mego as a past company for so long. Pretty exciting stuff.

Hah! For so many years we've been saying Mego-like or repro or whatever! Now we can just say Mego figures!
20 new characters sounds great! Wish I was there to hear him talk, but I cannot wait until they announce the lines!
This is news I never thought I'd hear again, and to think Marty is involved as well. I could have envisioned someone buying the trademark and using the name to make new Mego-like figures, but this is actually Marty reviving THE Mego Corp!

I think the complaining may be from losing a bit of perspective as we have been speculating about this for a while and it may have made the official announcement today seem anticlimactic without all of the details.
