Very exciting! Thanks so much for posting photos. These figures by Soap Studio bear a resemblance to the Mezco 1:12 Collective line and although they don't seem to be getting the same publicity, hopefully that will change in the near future. The Flash/Barry figure looks great and bears a strong resemblance to actor Grant Gustin.

I'm curious to know, how similar are the bodies to the Mezco 1:12 Collective figures? Not just are the heads/outfits/accessories interchangeable, but how does the articulation compare?

Great looking figures, but what's with that horrible box art on the Flash? What were they going for there? 80s Dire Straits video?

Yeah...completely agree with this. That packaging is just awful. Knocked it out of the park with the figure...finish strong with great packaging. Maybe that's the reason they aren't getting any "love" as far as the figure is concerned. I'd buy these as long as the price isn't in the MSRP of Marvel Legends when they hit the shelves at $20 or more. As to scale...what is 1/12? If 1/6 is 12 inch and 1/9 is 8 inch...1/12 is 5 - 6 inch??

yes, 6 inch scale like Marvel Legends. If you think these will be priced lower than Marvel Legends you are in for sticker shock. Lots of sticker shock, BBTS exclusive version:

$30 more for the "exclusive" version that includes one extra Marvel Legends-size headsculpt and cowl?

Yeah, I have a hard time spending $13 on the 5 inch Marvel Legends figures...I can't see spending over $100 for these...even if the sculpts are spot on to the characters. I guess they think they have a market of buyers that don't care what they spend or have more money than God to be able to do what they want. Once a mastermold is done with plastic figures...it shouldn't cost that much for a toy that's 5 inches tall. And the packaging is as bad as it is....no effort whatsoever...pass.

1/12 scale is 6". They are basically the equivalent of Mezco's 1/12 Collective figures, as are the prices.
