First one I thought of because it still comes on, but I think the name changed mid run.

Was Star Trek ever called anything else?

On a related note many old shows had slightly different closing titles featuring images of the sponser's products. One example is the original closing for The Andy Griffith Show features Opie and Andy walking back from the fishing hole. Some episodes of Griffith's show show were released on VHS with the Andy of Mayberry titles.

I am familiar with some of the syndication titles mentioned but never knew of Perry Mason or Marcus Welby being retitled.
