Collector's Edition 35 Years of Caring Care Bears by Just Play.
There's four in the set Cheer Bear, Share Bear, Tenderheart Bear and Funshine bear. To the best of my knowledge Tenderheart and Funshine haven't been released yet. As you can see there is quite a bit of difference between the 80s Kenner style bears and the modern ones. Especially noticeable is the difference in color. The retro one has the original softer more pastel pink in comparison to the modern darker pink. The retro one also has the little tuft of rooted hair on the top of the head just like the original Kenner bears. So cute!
