    Painting Vinyl Heads

My apologies if this topic was already discussed before, but I wanted to ask which would be the best
kind of paint to use on Mego and repro vinyl heads?

Something that won't stay sticky or rub/smudge off

    Thanks for any help.

I think somebody once said that auto vinyl paint worked.

I've always just used whatever acrylic is around the house, sometimes with a little Prismacolor pencil for contouring.

I highly recommend Vallejo hobby acrylics. They're the BEST!

          Hey Roberto,
That paint sticks well to vinyl heads?
Do you need to seal it with anything?

Nope. I have never had to seal any paint job done with Vallejo acrylics... regardless of the type of cast head I am painting. As a matter of fact, the heads on my 9Art brand custom action figures are cast in a flexible resin that approximates the surface texture of vinyl heads virtually identically. They accept Vallejo hobby acrylics (flats, glosses, varnishes, and satins)
perfectly. When thinned with cool water and shot from an airbrush, they produce a professional factory-like finish.
