Perhaps the only comic book show or movie to make the villains as interesting and colorful as the heroes.
Well Gotham is doing that right now. Maybe more interesting than the heroes .

      Batman '66
      Adventures of Superman
      The Flash (1990)
      The Incredible Hulk
Wonder Woman (Season 1, the rest are okay, but just typical 70s stuff)

These are the ones I find myself going back and rewatching. I watched all 10 seasons of Smallville and enjoyed most of it, but the few episodes I've revisited haven't held up as well, barring a few exceptions like the first Chris Reeve guest spot.

I really dug the first season of the current Flash, and the second wasn't bad. But it's been a mixed bag ever since. Legends is fun, but I just don't take the time to fully keep up with it. Supergirl Season 1 was fun, but it got too heavy-handed and lost in agendas in season 2. It's too light and fluffy for that.

superhero/ comic inspired live shows. what should be included is debatable. if it had less than 3 episodes it wasn't a series.

          Captain America TV movies
Superboy--that was a pretty sweet show, wish it was released
          Hon Mention: ElectraWoman & DynaGirl

I watched Lois & Clark & Smallville, and Flash now, but I wouldn't call them favorites.

Perhaps. Is it nostalgia, or saudade? IDK, but it's true that I tend to like older films and more artificial styles than new stuff. Pleased to see the Tick and Man from Atlantis on your list, though--I rewatch those, too, and was a big fan of Mutant X . Heroes was promising but crashed & burned IMO.

Did anyone mention the '80's The Spirit telefilm?

Yeah, the Warburton one! I love that show! I like the new one, but it's a different beast.

One of the Venture Brothers creators did a lot of writing for that first one.

Batman 1966 (everything about it makes it the obvious choice)
                              Adventures of Superman 1952-57
                              Wonder Woman
                              Incredible Hulk
Lone Ranger (I think he had a comic before the tv show? I know there was a radio show)
                              Tarzan (Ron Ely)

The Incredible Hulk is my number one favorite TV show of all time. This includes all five seasons and all three reunion movies. Bill Bixby was my childhood idol and I've met Lou Ferrigno quite a few times.
                                Behind this are as follows:
                                Batman 1966 and 1966 movie
Wonder Woman Preferably seasons 2 & 3 but the series as a whole
                                The Adventures of Superman
                                The Flash 1990.
                                Shazam
