    It's snowing in Alabama tonight

For the second time this winter it's actually snowing here in Alabama. And not just the top third but all the way down to me in the middle. It looks so pretty outside right now. We are suppose to get about 3 inches tonight. Of course that means the state is closed tomorrow, but hey, It's SNOWING!! I know is a pain for most but for us it's really something.

With us not having snow plows and such tomorrow will be interesting. All the schools are closed tomorrow and most businesses won't open until at least noon. I know that's laughable to most with only 3".

I'll try and get pics in the morning.

I remember driving through the South during a "blizzard" (like 1.5 inches of snow) in the 1980s. It was true chaos, stay safe folks.

Weather has been crazy here. Snow yesterday,15 degrees today. Then it's suppose to be in the 50s this weekend.

Freak weather patterns getting worse every year. Record lows, record highs, sometimes in the same week. It's almost like... The climate is changing or something.

Bama got a whopping 3 inches, wow!!! about 2 weeks ago we got 15 inches with 60 mph winds, all this in a 9 hour span.
they call it a blizzard or nor'easter, I hate that word, snow plows don't plow are streets, they get those big yellow
bulldozers that do it. Living on the eastern atlantic seaboard during winter can be difficult as some members here can
                      relate too.

ScottA just be carefully driving in case the snow turns to ice, or what they call black ice, folks in the south aren't used
to driving in those conditions, accidents can easily happen, stay safe.

I know it's a unique experience for you southerners, but damn we see more than that pretty much every week. I am already sick and tired of winter, LOL

                            Be safe out there
