agreed, but there were some good moments in season 2 and I liked Hawk even though looking at it now he is kind of a goofy character

Actually, I think Hawk (and his ship) was the only thing I liked about season-2

All the other changes were dreadful

As for episodes themselves, for me personally a few outstanding good ones are ...

Mark of the Saurian... Buck is only person who can see Lizard baddies (outright ripoff of Space 1999's Bringers of Wonder but I can live with that)

... Testimony of a Traitor ---- decent origin story episode

Just about everything else is a steaming pile, imo

The show kinda jumped the shark in season 2 when they tried to turn it into a Battlestar Galatica knockoff with the Searcher.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I didn't care for the format change much, but I liked Hawk and Chriton and there were some engaging episodes. I'll take Buck season 2 over Galactica 1980 any day.

Not that I know of. You'd think at least NBC would have it since it originally aired on there.

That Hawk Fighter is still cool.

...& that Zica Hawk would have been so sweet
