Addar Planet of the Apes kits

    Hello all,

Several years ago I bought the 4 Polar Lights re-issued kits on sale at my LHS. Picked up vintage sealed Aldo a few years ago on Epay pretty cheap.

Caesar and the soldier/stallion eluded me but just prior to Xmas I 'won' both, again on Epay. Probably spent too much on Caesar but the soldier/stallion, which is really rare, was a bit of a 'deal'.

My OCD kicked in & by New Years I acquired the other 4 vintage kits...for less than Caesar lol.

Other than Aldo all kits are open, but complete & the boxes are in really good shape.

Doubt I'll ever build them, but will make a nice display with my all original set of Mego figures, treehouse & horse/wagon/catapult, some dating back to what I got from Santa back in '75.

Just thought I'd share. Thanks for looking.

Awesome set...I have all but the Stallion and Soldier. If you ever decide to part with him let me know.

I'm going to build them all. Models are my thing...

      Nice collection you have there.
And yeah that stallion kit is pretty hard to find a deal on.
I had the 4 reissues (the 4 pack version) but recently sold them as I thinned out my collection for an upcoming move.

I'm in awe of your skills, especially on the old Aurora monster kits, and if I had your abilities I'd be building these. But I don't have your skills!

Not planning on selling the stallion any time soon

I recently grabbed another Stallion & Soldier off ebay, for $265, sealed and in excellent shape, so I don't need to buy it ever again, yeah! There's another sealed one on there for $799...ouch! Happy collecting, people...
