I think the Spirit TV Movie theme hasn't left my head since the late 80s.

I did, too--and was thrilled when it finally made it to dvd. But I can't recall the music.

Does the theme music for the Lone Ranger (Clayton Moore) qualify?

                        Gotta go with Williams' Superman.

You can sing to it, if you want. "Su-Per-Man!!!"

It's majestic, and stirring, and thrilling, and wonderfully harmonic.

It's got several parts: the build up/ostinato, the heroic 'A' theme, the noble 'B' theme, and the signature 'call' theme, which gets used the most in the score itself.

And that string ostinato... it just gets you pumped for excitement.

                        Definitely Williams' Superman.
