The Ultimate Warrior - WrestleMania VI Version!!
So this one was on the todo list since I finished up the last warrior a few years back.
I finally got to finish him up while I was off this week.
My favorite Wrestler of all time -The Ultimate Warrior! (I'm sure he was a favorite of a lot of you guys/girls as well)
Like the last one I made - This has been a labor of love - I really wanted to do him justice and I really wanted to get it right.
I want to Thank Amy for re-rooting the head for me (Keep in mind she re-rooted this head and the other one for me like 5 years ago now) - which I feel really makes this custom different than your average custom. Now keep in mind this is not real hair so its real hard to cut and comb - I think she did a Fantastic & Amazing job on this head. (She also made a 2nd one for me which is Conan head which I did a different face paint and costume variation) - So Big Thank you Amy (where ever you are) for help bringing my vision to life
As for the rest of the Warrior - I'm very proud to say I did everything else myself!
I painted the face mask 5 different colors (Black, Orange, Yellow, Green & Purple)
Paint is better than it looks in the pictures - it is hard to get the true colors from the camera as the flash kinds washes them out and makes them look lighter and less brighter than they are.
The Body is a zica Buck Rogers body, I painted the Chest Symbol on it - keep in mind it is made to look a little ruff like the Warriors was at WrestleMania 6. I also painted the trunks to match the arm bands, wristbands & the knee pads which I made from scratch.
BatBob hooked me up with decals for the knee pads, & Trunks.
Boots from CTV - they are the 66 Batman Boots in green.
I have to get a card made from Toyroom - Once it is done I'll post a few more with him in it.
a lot of time and love went into him - so I hope it shows in the finished product
Like My last Warrior - I threw some fun pics in as well - with the Warrior beating The Incredible Hulk (made By Black Knight) he was a stand in for Hulk Hogan and the only Hulk Figure I had Big Enough and Awesome enough to take on the Warrior! That Hulk Figure is a massive piece and is just amazing to see in person.
