interesting. wonder how they will explain Bruce suddenly being younger.
Speculation is that Flashpoint (the comic that changed the DCU in comics) will be used to reset the DCEU and make all the changes they want to make including recastings.

This is about the ATT merger. New management wants to decide the direction of its most valued property. Tshujira and company pushed all the JL stuff tbrough hoping it would secure their positions. I never thought Reeves was going to happen. War POTA didn't do the business expected so he doesnt have the cache Patty K3nkins has with Wonder Woman.
Bummer and please God...Not Fish-Face Jake Gyllanhaal!! I'd boycott that movie for sure! Get an unknown...look how well that's worked for Superman(Chris Reeve, Henry Cavill)!
Heck, I’d still be happy to Jim Caviezel or Anson Mount in the cowl, myself. I think both actors could be easily believable as Batman and Bruce Wayne.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.
I think Jon Hamm would be good. Always though he would have been a pretty good Supes too. Jake Gyllenhaal just isn't right for Bruce Wayne. I think he'd be a perfect Nightwing, though.
If they want to keep Batman older, Jim Caviezel essentially played Bruce Wayne for four seasons of Person of Interest. Especially the first couple seasons.
I've heard Armie Hammer touted as well. He was actually cast as Batman 10 years ago in the George Miller directed Justice League film that was scrapped due to Australia tax breaks not going through. Now I bet WB REALLY wish they'd put that out and had beaten Marvel to the punch.

That film sounds terrible. That would have been worse than BVS.
