    The World's Coolest Room

I must recreate this space, if it's the last thing I do. I'll probably pass on the dog statue though.....For more Fashion Mockery and 70's toy love visit us at Plaid Stallions.com

Looks like the supplier for Derek Flint's groovy pad.

It's like a smaller, sitting version of Joey Tribbiani's ceramic dog, "Pat".

It reminds me of the groovy pad Woodstock builds for himself inside his birdhouse in "It's the Easter Beagle Charlie Brown"

Is this what the future will look like?

I absolutely love that stereo chamber chair! I wonder if working examples are still out there (and if so, don't cost and arm and a leg)?

The chair reminds me of Mattel's small Mork toy and Egg.

                    Damn !!!!!!

                    That's a p_zzy hound's lair

You turn on a black light in there and the room would probably explode

                        Sweet room!

My mom used to sell those butterflies back in the 70's.
Think the name of the company was Brandise or something like that.
She used to do home interior parties, much like tupperware parties.

Wow, that reproduction of the chair is pricey! Makes me want it more!

That seems like a lot of money for that chair in the time period.

I think I would rather choose to sit in the back half of the Star Trek sit-down video arcade game!

The seat only needs a little padding and maybe a pillow or two.

I am still waiting for someone to build me a captains chair that has real controls built into it's arms, like the Star Trek machine has game controls.

I decided that the left arm would contain a built-in wireless Playstation Paddle and left half of a computer keyboard, and monitor remote control, DVD Player remote control, with miniature adjustable LED lamp on the side top. (and a side pocket with a paper notebook, pencils and pens.

The right chair arm would contain the wireless computer mouse, television remote control, TV Stick remote control, right half of a computer keyboard, side panel cup holder, fan switch for fans built into the back of the chair and a cell phone in the right arm, so I can talk into it, sort of like Captain Kirk using the ship's intercom.

I guess that I might as well add the right kind of vintage walkie talkie into the left arm, as well, so that I can send out Morse Code Messages.

(now, that makes me wonder if the Space 1999 toy walkie talkies have a Barry Morse Code)
