I just saw Levi on PBS in She Loves Me--he has a nice boyish charm, which is good for Capt. Marvel. A good costume and some days at the gym will take care of the rest. I like Zach Levi as an actor (and he's a super nice guy in person, too). While I would not have imagined him as Captain Ma---er---uh---Shazam, I agree that, with the right trainer, hairstylist and costume designer, he's got the sort of inherent innocence and naivety to play the character (if they're going with old-fashioned Shazam; I have NO idea what the new one is like personality-wise). I think Noah Schnapp (Will Byers on STRANGER THINGS) might be a decent choice to play young Billy Batson---unless they've changed that aspect of his character, as well.sigpic Oh then, what's this? I'm with PNG---that first one is a nightmare and just looks like he's wearing a face on his pee-pee. LOL! Second one is much more subdued and in keeping with the spirit of the comic. I imagine the final design will be somewhere in the middle unless they decide to take a page from GOTG and THOR:RAGNAROK and go all crazy colorful with the production, which might actually be kinda nice...sigpic Oh then, what's this?
