Holy geez, man, cant imagine trying to time all that medication out. Happy to hear you are feeling better, Hector. I'm another gut sufferer. My flare-ups are usually stress related but onions can send me running to washroom within minutes. I dropped close to 40lbs in my early 20s and had scopes, biopsies, barium enema, but they never determined what it was. Luckily for me, It seemed to get less severe with age. All the best, man.
