    Restoration Question Sew or Wash first???

    Hello all,
    This is more of a restoration question than customizing question. Recently I scored some vintage Mego's all in need of some TLC. Dirty suits and some busted seems.
    So the question is, Is it best to wash the bodysuits first or is it better to mend the busted seems and then wash the outfit.
    This is probably a simple, obvious thing for most but I'm sure I would pick the worst of the two to do first.

      I would mend first, then wash.
      WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

          +1 to this. Esp if the mends are just resewing feet or under the arms, or repairing/ replacing snaps..
