Anyone still have their school folders? Post them!

School folders used to have the most amazing art.

I still have these two from when I was big into my Unicorn phase. I remember I was like "Swift Wind is a Unicorn and Pegasus!? Whoa!"

Well, to be totally honest, I never really left the phase.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Most of my folders got trashed by the end of the school year. I use to cram all of my papers in the pockets,by the end of the year they got ripped apart.

That's a good point. Most are probably long gone. How about posting memories about them and finding the artwork they used online?

When I went back to school I got all Justice league folders for my classes.
I agree that they get beat to sh** (bts) after putting paper after papers in there for months.

When I was in grade school I used to make my own folders out of my mom's manilla folders she got from her job as a nurse. I used one folder whole, and then I'd cut another for the pockets, and I'd draw on them. By Jr. Hi, I switched to my Trapper Keeper, that had plain red, blue and green folders.

I still have a couple of Star Wars and Battlestar Galactica folders, stuffed full of drawings I did from that era. I need to dig those up.

I LOVED my Marvel Mead school supplies. For some reason, I especially loved the folders (I believe Mead called them portfolios). You can see my re-collected lot in this picture-
