Does anyone here have a Doomsday Shelter ?

Of course the answer to the question - none of your bee's wax

But it seemed to make a good threat title.

Anyway, the kid in me that loves secret forts loves these things --- how they're hidden underground with secret trap doors in the cellar etc.

I can't get enough watching different kinds on youtube (building them, showing completed ones, etc)

Anybody else interested in these ? --- if only for entertainment purposes ?

The question is, which toys would you take in with you?

I have a lead lined refrigerator. That should be enough.
If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.

I love being able to look at a thread title and know who posted t before actually looking. It's strangely comforting.

Man, that article was really interesting, as well as scary and depressing. I really do worry about the future of our society sometimes, wish I was rich enough to hedge my bets a bit like these guys are doing.

Great article. Scary stuff. I am hopeful nothing like this will unfold in our lifetime. But think of the 70s. How innocent life seemed. Maybe it’s just that we were kids but I don’t remember anything like we have on the news now.

“You don’t need to be paranoid, but you need to be prepared,” I read this quote in a recent article. It’s a good one. As a wise man once said, Love, Peace and Megos

Another of the hidden rooms I love seeing is various pictures of Priest holes.
