I've been thinking about going to a more vintage Halloween display the last couple years.
I don't have the cash to do the big, realistic stuff that some of the people are doing now. And I don't have the time/energy to build my own props anymore either.
So, to stand out a bit from the rest, I've been considering the switch.
After seeing some of your stuff, I'm even more inclined to go that rout.
Isn't there some house up by your neck of the woods that does a really elaborate display every year? I remember driving up there to see it a couple times.

I especially love the cat cut-out

        It screams nostalgia

I spend a lot of time there every year checking things out and chatting with him about stuff, and taking pics.
Just realized I didn't get last years up yet, but here is 2015

To bring this a bit more back to the original subject.
Here are some of the vintage decorations Randy has at his haunt.
I am sure the original poster will recognize some of these gems.

I've lucked into a few high grade pieces, but in general I'm not so concerned w/ condition (especially at the right price).
Here's my main Halloween blowmold collection currently:

Wow that's a great collection. I have a few vintage ones and a couple remakes from Menard's.
It was like that when I got here.

I LOVE seeing all these great old Blow Molds. My area is so dry for this stuff. I rarely find anything Halloween of any vintage. Plenty of Christmas, very little Halloween.

I see two distinct ones from my childhood... The ghost carrying the pumpkin and the Jackolantern with the domino mask. Lovely!

My aunt and uncle had a lighted blow mold Jack-O-Lantern that looked like a witch's face. My uncle passed away, and my aunt hasn't put it out in years. I would love to have it, but my cousin's probably would want it.
