Hi All,
I am hoping someone here can please give me a bit of help. I am parting with a vintage, 1970s-era SPIDER-MAN SPIDERCOPTER released by AHI. It is loose, is missing the two of the helicopter blades (the two long ones), there is a bit of wear to the four stickers (two large side stickers; and two smaller ones on the wheels) and the friction power effect no longer works (or at least, works very poorly).
Additionally, a rather strange thing is that along with the manufacturing info located on the bottom of the copter (Azrak-Hamway Int'l Inc. New York, NY 10012 Made in Hong Kong No. 6254), the toy is marked "D.C. Comics Inc."
Aside from a photo of the carded/packaged toy located on the Plaidstallions site (of which I'll try to attach here - I hope that's okay! ), I haven't been able to locate any further information. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks very much!
- James
