Rest in peace, Glen. The Witchita Lineman is still on the line.

He was a hell of a guitar player. I listened to him growing up a lot. Him I will miss.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I listened to "Rhinestone Cowboy" growing up. That was, and is, a magnificent (virtually flawless) song. Of course, those attributes described Glen Campbell as well. Truly one of the greatest ever..........

            Loved Glenn Campbell

Totally wore out his greatest hits tape in my truck back in the 80's

            RIP

Watched the documentary he made about his Alzheimer's battle. Very sad.
Wichita Lineman & Galveston are favorites of mine. Did you know he played with the Beach Boys? Excellent guitarist.
                RIP, Glen.

A singer who didn't need a lot of flash and showiness to let you know he was just a damn fine singer and guitarist. His is a voice that will continue to play and create new fans despite being silenced here on Earth. RIP, Glen. Sympathies, condolences and prayers for peace to your family, friends and many, many fans worldwide...
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

One of the greats who crossed a lot of genres and age demographics as well. They don't make them like that anymore. RIP.

I'm not sure if this is true or even mixed up facts but I still remember back in the 70's Campbell and Mac Davis had a big feud over Tanya Tucker

Had no idea he and Alice Cooper were such great friends. There's a video on YouTube with Alice talking about their friendship.
