In case you want another case of goosebumps (I know I got them when I heard THAT music), here's the Marvel Studios intro from Spider-Man: Homecoming.

^WB needs to just give it up and realize that, just like the 60s Spider-Man theme IS the theme to Spider-Man, the John Williams Superman theme IS the theme to Superman. When Cavill shows back up in Justice League, they should play that fanfare.

same goes for the 66 Bat-Theme, especially the Jam's cover.

they did use the bat theme in the LEGO movie a few times.
doesn't work so well with the grim and gritty, unless you are a parody in a toy universe.

spidey intro music was great. I think I chuckled very loudly and got some stares from the folks sitting next to us.
I was also very happy to hear Britt's Underdog theme at the beginning. He was one of my musical buddies in Austin and it is great to hear his band getting that sort of attention.

If you'd never seen or heard the '67 cartoon before, it makes a terrific orchestral theme with surprising dramatic weight. Too bad Giacchino didn't use it throughout the film.
