Is it possible to re-root a resin head?

I've also thought about 3D printing a head with holes for hair, but haven't done anything yet. I need to finish my first normal reroot before trying out new ideas.

My heads usually print with all sorts of unintentional holes. Now I know it was just making it easier to add rooted hair!
