MEGO Love Boat question

Hey guys and gals,

I have a MEGO vintage Love Boat playset, including all six 3" figures and furniture.
I do not have the original box or cards. All are loose.
I've been wanting to sell it and can not find one anywhere for sale. I know the playset is pretty rare. I'm wondering if you had any other information regarding this piece and what the worth may be?

I had a loose one a few years back, bought it at a toy show for around $250.

Owned it a while but it's big and hard to display, so I sold it, I think I got somewhere around $400 for mine.
