That is the worst news. Bachman is the primary comic relief of the show and without him I fear it will start to sink fast.
There is only so much humor that you can squeeze out of Gilfoyle and Dinesh (see Wolowitz and Koothrapali) and Richard is just not funny enough to carry the comedy aspect.

The first couple seasons were great, the last two were pretty meh. Sorry to hear Miller is leaving, I'll mostly miss his exchanges with Jian Yang
