hmm...you say it will work on type s, but is the nub mallable enough when heated to fit into a mego Type 2 ?

^ I'm guessing not. Paul says it works on a screw together torso. My custom heads are solid resin. Someone here suggested I cut two 1/4 in. notches on each side of the neck hole along the shoulder of the T2 torso. Boil water and heat the torso til it softens a bit, and force stiff plug into torso. Works great if you don't mind a couple of tiny holes close to the neck.

Gut the neck slot at an angle. Like old knock off doll arms it will catch on hole as you turn and pull itself inside the heated torso.

                  GREAT WORK PAUL!!!!!!

I'm just imaginin' here "Gut the neck slot at an angle". By reducing plastic material around the neck hole, without cutting it too wide, allows plug to pass through with heating process and can produce a tighter fit? WOW! I got to try this next time. THANK YOU, Neutron X.

I'm wondering if inserting the plug first and then glue the head on, might work.* My concern here is that in an attempt to insert solid plug glued to the head, could result in the bonding being compromised.

*During the gluing, plastic wrap could protect the fusion of head to torso.

On many of the FTC heads, the groove channel is not large enough to fit the Type-S body torso. I wonder if this would be a fix, cutting off the neck and then popping a nub in it?
