Did AJ come with boot removal instructions?

I didn't think Action Jackson came with boot removal instructions. There is no mention in the Museum, but I saw this in a recent eBay auction:

Has anyone else seen these before?
Looking for redhead AJ heads (or figures) - both bearded & clean shaven (I'm trying to complete all the variations).
Also seeking: 1 blue Soldier Ape glove, 1 General Ape boot, sun reflector from PotA Fortress playset.

It's interesting that they had instructions to repair them, I don't recall ever seeing anything like that before...

I wonder if this was included in catalog sets. I'll check mine.

I have seen them in very few of the Boxed ones I have, they would have had to be in the Type O Boxed AJ's only for this procedure naturally wouldn't work on the Type 1 bodies.
