    Snoopy Sno-Cones

I could never talk my folks into such wonderful things such as this. Did you ever try for a snack maker/toy, if so which one?

I remember wanting this and the Ice Bird. While in Woolworth's w/ my older sister (12 years older), I asked her if I could get an Ice Bird, and she was so slick. She actually had me convinced that the company cheated kids and all that was in the box was a huge block of ice and no toy. (Nevermind that the ice would melt in the store, stupid!) I know I looked like the biggest idiot when I told this to my friend at school the next day. I did have an Easy Bake Oven and a Fred Flintstone gumball bank, though.

My older brother had this one, I had the snowman design. I remember having to press down very hard to get the ice to shave.

My sister and I had this when we were kids but I don't remember ever actually making snow cones.

Cindy and I bought one for ourselves when we started dating in high school. My sister had an Easy Bake Oven, and we had a Creepy Crawler Maker, if that counts.

                  That's awesome.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I was looking at the creepy crawler maker and some other craft/hobby sets they had years ago in some old Christmas catalogs...And I was thinking how many cool, fun things kids today missed out on...Way cooler than sitting around glued to a cell phone or Ipad for hours....
