TV Shows that didn't last long but you liked them.

TV Shows that didn't last long but you liked them and wish they continued .... I would say any TV show that lasted 1 season and under.

    My fav's in no order.

    Mission Impossible late 80's revival.

    Fantasy Island 90's revival.

    Alien Nation

    Earth 2

    ..... hmmm, still thinking

Jericho! Does a season and a half disqualify my choice?

Wizards and Warriors. Lasted only eight episodes. Loved that show.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Raines was a great show that didn't get a break.

Man, there are a number of shows I enjoyed but, unfortunately, did not garner the ratings the network bigwigs wanted or grab the all important "viewer demographic" they go for...

THE INSIDE on (where else) FOX: 2005-2006. Rachel Nichols, Adam Baldwin, Katie Finneran and Peter Coyote

INTELLIGENCE on CBS: 2014-2014. Josh Holloway, Meghan Ory (who would've been a kick-arse WW), John Billingsley and, again, Peter Coyote.

AMERICAN GOTHIC on either ABC or CBS: 1995-1996. Gary Cole, Lucas Black and Paige Turco.

PROFIT on (again, where else, FOX): 1996. 1996. Adrian Pasdar

THRESHOLD on CBS: 2005. Carla Gugino, Brent Spiner, Peter Dinklage

KAREN SISCO on ABC: 2003-2004. Carla Gugino, Bill Duke, Robert Forster

JOURNEYMAN on NBC: 2007. Kevin McKidd, Moon Bloodgood, Reed Diamond

VR.5 on (again?!) FOX: 1995. Lori Singer, Anthony Stewart Head, Louis Fletcher

THE ADVENTURES OF BRISCOE COUNTY, JR on (man, this is sad) FOX: 1993-1994. Bruce Campbell ('Nuff Said!)

There are others, but those are the ones I had a major interest in and then had the rug yanked out from underneath me...
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Earth 2, with only 22 episodes...loved every single one of them...I was hooked.

            Have not forgiven NBC since.

I really got into the reboot of "V"

Also as a kid I remember watching this and it suddenly stopped 'The fantastic journey"

as a kid, I remember loving a bunch of shows, that probably would not hold up if I were to watch them now.....Manimal, Automan, Phoenix, to name a few

My list begins and ends with Freaks and Geeks. I can't think of any other series that good that did not make it past a single season.
If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.

The early nineties reboot of Dark Shadows (I was very disappointed in it being cancelled).

Jack of all Trades, which starred Bruce Campbell (because it's Bruce Campbell).

Thought the reboot of The Muppets was cancelled to quickly as well.
